Paul Evans

Co-founder, Creative Director and in his words… passionate creative, oddly analytical, photographer, illustrator, LEGO™ enthusiast, and geology nerd.

Paul is the creative lead and the heart of The Developer Society. His passion to look for beautiful solutions to difficult problems is his raison d'être.

He has been drawing and creating for longer than he can remember. He honed his craft studying Graphic Design at Bath Spa University and took this to creative agencies for a number years, until Steve and Alex (our other co-founders) convinced him to join them on the amazing adventure to build The Developer Society.

Not only is he a brilliant thoughtful designer, he is an expert in facilitation and critical thinking. You will often meet Paul in the Discovery phase of the project as he unpacks your needs and translates them into a project plan. He is also a keen driver of mental wellbeing at DEV and will often host sessions to help us all.

With us, he has delivered some amazing projects but so close to his heart was the photography project for Action Aid. 5 days, 7,000km, 2,000 photos and 1 campaign library to provide powerful images and stories to support their great work.

When he isn't at work, you will find him either illustrating, building lego or off on a search for fossils. His collection is quite extraordinary!
